Dior presents the Spring Summer campaign

For Dior's Spring-Summer 2023 Ready-to-Wear collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri explores facets of female power with a wardrobe inspired by Catherine de Medici.

Photographer Brigitte Niedermair captures the new Dior style with minimalist shots of light and shadow.

The silhouettes feature reinventions such as the corset and crinoline skirts in unexpected proportions. Autumn Winter 2023-2024

Maria Grazia Chiuri's Dior ready-to-wear autumn-winter 2023-2024 line embarks on a captivating journey, examining the intrinsic relationship between clothing, the body, and the realm of fashion. Inspired by the foundational shapes of the 1950s wardrobe, the Creative Director celebrates Dior's history and Parisian elegance through the narratives of Catherine Dior, Édith Piaf, and Juliette Gréco. Brigitte Niedermair's photography captures a reinvented, powerful femininity with a touch of rebellion. Bold hues like ruby, emerald, and blue punctuate the collection, contrasting elegantly against magnified shades of black. The ensembles reflect a poetic encounter between archival references and the House's commitment to innovative design, featuring timeless leopard and houndstooth patterns alongside crushed fabrics interwoven with metallic threads, showcasing the boundless creativity of the Ateliers.

Dior Denim Capsule Collection

In an exquisite homage to the classic blue jeans, Kim Jones unveils a masterful capsule, christened "Dior Denim". This collection delves into the foundational architecture of denim, a fabric celebrated for its utilitarian timelessness. Jones' interpretation of denim promises an intersection of casual elegance and modernist flair, harmoniously fusing comfort with unassuming sophistication. The capsule encompasses an array of essentials—from trousers to shirts and the playful bobs—crafted in varying intensities of fade, providing an unprecedented freedom in sartorial movement. Eco-conscious cotton serves as the canvas for this line, drenched in enchanting hues ranging from deep indigo to muted black and grey. Each piece is meticulously detailed, echoing the rich lineage of the maison's founding couturier. Notably, the emblematic "Dior" insignia is subtly embossed on leather patches, adorning the back pockets of select items. Furthermore, the distinguished Dior Oblique motif graces linings and is seamlessly integrated into the B33 tennis shoes that accentuate the collection's silhouettes. Another noteworthy mention is the reinterpretation of the cream and navy toile, originally conceived by Marc Bohan in 1967, which now splendidly adorns a weekender bag. This illustrious celebration of Dior's stylistic heritage is set to captivate the fashion world from October 19, 2023.
