Orders are processed within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. With every order, you'll receive an email notification to track your parcel. As we're dependent on the postal service, shipments may be subject to delays.
We're currently accepting payment via debit or credit card and Paypal via a secure payment system. Both options are available at checkout.
Shipping is done via the national postal service and its international partners for international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated automatically upon entering your destination.
For international shipping, please note that packages sent may incur taxes and/or duties. We enter the full value on custom forms upon dispatching. We advise that you familiarise yourself with your country's taxes and/or duties.
