Located on the 19th floor of the INNSiDE by Meliá hotel, "Hasta La Vista, Baby!" offers a remarkable fusion of Spanish and Portuguese cuisine with a modern twist. A culinary journey through exquisite dishes

Our meal began with the Irish mor oysters, served naturally with lime and condiments—a beautiful start to our dining experience.

The scallop ceviche, featuring smoky coconut, sour plum, and bergamot, was a delightful combination of flavors that left a lasting impression. The Japanese Wagyu A5 carpaccio with wasabi romesco and black truffle was a standout dish, the beef melting in the mouth with every bite. The beef chateaubriand lusitano, paired with bayleaf and Iberico ham ‘Bellota, was the epitome of perfection, offering a rich and savory experience​​.
