The tomato dish, paired with strawberry, pepper, and basil, was a personal favorite—stunningly refined and bursting with fresh, balanced flavors. It's summer in a bowl. The French toast with Pata Negra, truffle, and shallot was a phenomenal combination, rich and indulgent. And the scallops with ramsons, vichyssoise, and cavolo nero stood out for its sophistication and elegance​.
